Returns & Exchanges

For U.S. Orders:

What is our return policy? 
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase on unused, unwashed items in the original packaging with tags. Items must be unworn and in the original condition. Return shipment must be postmarked/shipped within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your item isn’t the right fit, as long as your garment meets our return policy requirements, you are eligible for a size exchange (US only). Return shipping charges and shipment of the replaced item are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a refund is to be issued please allow a couple of days for processing.
Ujala is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but of course will do our very best to help the item be recovered. Ujala reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your item is rejected you will be notified via email.

If a garment is received damaged:
Please contact us at hello@ujala.design within 7 days of receipt of shipment to notify us.
